Chen GoPilotChen Go shows electric motorcycle riders and car drivers which station has charged batteries or a free charger, lets them join the queue from their phone, and checks them in when they arrive. Station owners see every station, its waiting times and its busy hours, live.
Who it is for
A live map of stations with their charged batteries, the people waiting and the expected wait.
Riders join with one tap and get a ticket. They keep working, and the app tells them when their turn is close.
When the rider reaches the station, the app checks them in by itself. A gate QR code and a 4-digit code work too, also for basic phones.
Station staff see who is here and who is on the way, and press Serve next rider. Battery and charger numbers update as they work.
